In 2013, Cornell University commissioned a newly renovated Dairy Plant at their Ithaca, NY campus. W.M. Sprinkman designed, built and installed the processing systems produce fluid milk, pudding, yogurt, and cheese (including their exclusive New York State Big Red Cheddar Cheese) that is provided to Cornell University’s dining facilities. In addition to becoming a world-class dairy research and learning facility for the Ivy League institution, the new Dairy Plant also hosts FDA courses and hands-on training for New York’s agriculture inspectors.
