ACCOUNTING MANAGER

An individual who can pull numbers together and communicate effectively the results to the team. Provide feedback and direction when things appear to be off-track. This role will be the senior financial position within the organization. The ideal individual will be very detail oriented, have a passion for the numbers and the ability to organize the data into meaningful information.

PROJECT MANAGER – Waukesha, WI

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the complete business segment of Process Piping Installations. This position includes managing Field Installation Personnel and requires extensive coordination with other departments to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within budget in addition to a high level of customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Perform Project Management duties for all field installation projects from the quotation phase until project completion encompassing quoting, scheduling, personnel planning, customer communication and financial controlling.
  • Initiate and conduct project kick-off and closeout meetings with all appropriate personnel, departments and customers. Coordinate with customers throughout the project to ensure that projects are proceeding on schedule, within budget and according to customer expectations.
  • Assist Sales by preparing installation quotes for piping installations, retrofits or repair service visits.
  • Provide leadership and management for the field installation personnel including best practices, efficiency improvements, performance reviews, talent acquisition/recruitment, timesheet and expense report approval in addition to daily support.
  • Prepare MS Project schedules for all field installation projects in addition to scheduling field installation personnel.
  • Create installation documentation packages which contain all necessary information (scope of work, BOMs, installation drawings, travel dates, customer contact, quotations, etc) necessary to ensure the field installation teams are fully prepared.
  • Present weekly Project Controlling updates to the executive management team regarding the status of each project with regard to schedule, budget, quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Execute financial controlling for each project by ensuring that purchase and/or change orders are tracked against the project budget
  • Ensure that the Sprinkman Quality and Safety Standards are followed at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Requires an Associates Degree or equivalent experience normally gained through 10 years of related work experience in process piping systems.
  • Must have strong mathematical skills and the ability to read piping plans and process & instrumentation diagrams in both imperial and metric system.
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to develop broad policies/procedures affecting many organizational components.
  • Requires exceptional interpersonal interaction skills to negotiate and interact in sensitive, complex situations.
  • Experience with personal computers required with experience in MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and AutoCAD. Experience and knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is a benefit.
  • Must have ability to manage a diversified workload to perform complex work requiring originality and creative thinking plus considerable judgment, ingenuity and initiative to solve unexpected problems.
  • Requires ability to travel domestically approximately 50% of time. Requires valid driver's license.

WELDERS – Elroy, WI and Waukesha, WI

The Welder is responsible for fitting, welding and polishing work as assigned by the Shop Leads or Production Manager.  They are to adhere to all WM Sprinkman quality policies, Work Instructions and safety policies.  Engagement in Continuous Improvement and Lean Initiatives is also required.  The Welder works through a detailed job Skills Matrix, providing advancement, accountability and personal growth.
