PROCESS ENGINEERWaukesha, WI

This position will design and oversee projects from inception through start-up and commissioning.  Pre-sale responsibilities include process design, estimation of the project cost, and generate sales proposals.  Post-sale, this position will carry out the system design, assist with the procurement of components, oversight of fabrication, project skids or components, and support system startup and commissioning activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Design process systems for projects and proposals in the sanitary industry
  • Plans, coordinates and reviews process engineering work on a project or assignment
  • Prepares calculations, specifications, sketches and drawings of process systems.  Applies knowledge and abilities through the application of standard engineering and design techniques, procedures and criteria
  • Develops specifications for equipment, materials and overall process performance requirements

The Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative serves our customers by providing them with the necessary information, quotes or proposals to purchase needed parts for their processing equipment.  The position often involves working with our outside suppliers and internal Engineers, Project Managers and Salespeople and reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

FIELD SERVICE COORDINATORElroy, WI

The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of field service including some job sales, scope, scheduling, staffing assignments, procurement, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction with all on-site work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
