REGIONAL SALES MANAGERDairy/Food/Beverage WI, MN, IA, Northern IL

The Regional Sales Manager-Dairy/Food/Beverage is responsible for all sales in the given geography, with the exception of some current, select accounts.  Responsibilities include maintaining existing business and collaborating with the management team on future growth strategy; with a focus on the dairy, food and beverage industries along with some miscellaneous processing applications.

The Regional Sales Manager-Dairy/Food/Beverage would report to the National Sales Manager with a dotted line to the Director of Sales & Marketing for sales support and guidance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Responsible for working with end users in the dairy, food and beverage industries in the assigned territory
  • Develop new prospects and accounts, using product knowledge to sell products as well as analyze needs, advice on equipment purchases, answer technical questions, and recommend solutions to grow potential sales opportunities through education based selling.
  • Evaluate potential opportunities and determine if they are a good fit for the company.

WELDERS – Elroy, WI and Waukesha, WI

The Welder is responsible for fitting, welding and polishing work as assigned by the Shop Leads or Production Manager.  They are to adhere to all WM Sprinkman quality policies, Work Instructions and safety policies.  Engagement in Continuous Improvement and Lean Initiatives is also required.  The Welder works through a detailed job Skills Matrix, providing advancement, accountability and personal growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings.
  • Layout, fit, weld and finish components per drawing.
  • Safe use of PIT and other manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Develop skills and competency from the Skills Matrix.
  • Accurately fill out all required documentation.
  • Accurate use of time-keeping system.
  • Assist in developing methods and procedures for improving processes.
  • Train newer team members as required in the Skills Matrix.
