W.M. Sprinkman has quickly become a significant player in the construction of the stainless steel tanks that complement their processing systems.

Stainless Steel Tanks

It doesn’t matter what heating, cooling, mixing, processing or storage need you have, Sprinkman can customize, construct and deliver the right stainless steel tank for your application. Manufacturing capabilities run the gamut from 50-gallon to 15,000-gallon tanks, single-shell or insulated. Our tanks can be ASME rated and engineered to adhere to strict 3A and other industry standards.

Process Tanks

Our Heat Transfer Surfaces feature multiple zone configurations and welded dimple surfaces for transferring heat. Capable of a wide range of PSI ratings for heating and cooling, they can also have an optional ASME rating.

As far as agitation, our all-welded designs are CIP-ready and feature bottom and/or side sweeps, scraped surfaces with removable nylon blades, blending turbines and are CIP-ready. Custom designs are also available.

Sanitary Clean-Up

W.M. Sprinkman manufactures both single shell and insulated CIP Tanks in a range of square and cylindrical shapes and sizes. When it comes to COP Tanks, our standard design includes sanitary side jets, a T-strainer, stainless pipe legs and a Fristam® pump. Heating, chemical and electrical accessories are customized to your needs.
