Tank Inspection & Repair
Tanks in all sizes and shapes are our specialty. We not only build them, but our Field Service crews inspect and service tanks all across the U.S. In addition to conducting preventative, on-site inspections, our team will make custom modifications, repairs and equipment installations, including:

- Perform hydrostatic repairs of vacuum-damaged tanks and silos

Heat Exchanger Testing Services
Even the smallest of holes or cracks in a heat exchanger can cause serious contamination to your products. Improve your quality control efforts with regular heat exchanger testing and buy yourself some peace of mind. W. M. Sprinkman utilizes Accusense Systems® testing technology to pinpoint any potential leaks in heat exchangers. This non-destructive test method uses inert helium gas to reliably detect pinholes and cracks that are too small to show up using conventional test methods. Since helium is non-toxic and leaves no residue, there is no risk of contamination or operations downtime. Accusense® testing can be built into your regular preventative maintenance program.
Homogenizer Repair Services
A homogenizer malfunction never occurs at a convenient time. Taking any of these vital pieces of equipment off-line will likely result in significant losses of time and money. W.M. Sprinkman has dedicated field service crews that can be on-site within hours of notification to make the needed repairs that will quickly get your equipment back up and running.
